We have lost the synchronization of parcel tracking with emails for orders placed before December 23rd.

Packages are well processed and sent if you need information about the order contact us by email.

[Delivery times] Where is my package?

With the current conditions, there is a lot of slowdown, packages take about 2.3 weeks to arrive.

[Missing product] I received only one product!

If you have ordered multiple products it is NORMAL that some packages arrive before others. Products are sometimes sent in different packages, one package may arrive before others.
